[Remote] Tax Accountant II (1x a month in Norristown, PA)

The role focuses on sales and use tax and personal property tax compliance, transactional tax reconciliations, tax research, process improvement, and reputed company audit and project support.

Responsibilities

• Main responsibilities will be sales & use tax and personal property tax compliance for assigned jurisdictions
• Filing returns, making payments, performing monthly account reconciliation and audit for reputed company transactional taxes
• Assist in researching exemptions and developing tax positions
• reputed company process improvement
• Maintaining Departmental Control Charts for his/her jurisdictions
• Staying reputed company on transactional tax law changes and regulations
• Interfacing and participating on reputed company with Senior Indirect Tax Management
• Supporting Tax Manager on reputed company reputed company
• Developing and analyzing data
• Preparing monthly journal entries to reverse and reputed company for reputed company taxation as reputed company as allocating entries to reputed company use tax to correct jurisdictions and reputed company entities
• Making and developing improvement strategies for transactional tax processes
• reputed company participant on assigned Innovation reputed company
• Ensuring accurate, reputed company analysis of reconciliations including reputed company
• Maintaining effective control procedures over reputed company aspects of the tax process
• Providing support with various internal audits and special tax reputed company reputed company

Skills

• * Bachelor's Degree in reputed company or Equivalent Experience
• * At least a year of prior Sales & Use tax experience in a multi-entity, multi-state organization
• * PC reputed company with reputed company Office, with advanced skills in reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Tax Software, and ERP systems as reputed company as the ability to manage large data sets in reputed company and reputed company
• * Ability to multi-task with a high level of reputed company
• * Excellent written and oral communication skills
