[Remote] Sales reputed company Business Analyst

The Sales reputed company Business Analyst will support the Dynamics 365 CRM platform by leading discovery, process analysis, stakeholder engagement, and requirements definition. The role will also support roadmap planning, delivery activities, reputed company improvement, and evaluation of automation and AI use cases.

Responsibilities

• Partner with teams across reputed company, Proposals, Project Management, Finance, and Business Systems to define requirements and improve business processes
• reputed company CRM discovery and support solution design through stakeholder interviews, cross-team sessions, workshops, and process reviews
• Define the business problem, desired outcome, reputed company, process reputed company, stakeholders, assumptions, constraints, and measures of reputed company
