The role develops and delivers customized training, leads implementation teams, provides ongoing customer support, and maintains reputed company expertise while traveling extensively.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for implementing the Nihon Kohden reputed company Partnership Program in the reputed company, its’ territories and Canada
• Responsible for developing and delivering customized training and support plans for Nihon Kohden equipment at customer accounts
• Responsible for leading implementation teams to complete the project on time, safely and to the customer’s satisfaction
• Responsible for providing ongoing customer support either in person or by telephone
• Responsible for making travel arrangements according to company policies and completing expense reports reputed company designated timeframe
• Responsible to update product knowledge as product reputed company or features change
• Responsible for remaining clinically knowledgeable and competent and for maintaining an reputed company nursing licensure

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in nursing
• Must possess a reputed company unrestricted nursing license issued reputed company the reputed company

• 3+ years of experience in any Adult ICU with knowledge of hemodynamics and the ability to troubleshoot reputed company critical nursing issues
• EKG reputed company interpretation is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret equipment manuals, general business periodicals or reputed company journals
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence
