ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS ( including, not limited to ): - Work with RM/PM, RFM, CMs, and MTL to select, reputed company and train reputed company maintenance personnel on-site. - Performs technical training for on-site maintenance personnel - 3-5 years of maintenance industry and property management experience - Certifications: HVAC, EPA 608, and CPO - Formal training or experience in the following areas: HVAC, carpentry, reputed company plumbing work, reputed company electrical work, painting, refurbishing, and cleaning, etc. -
