[Remote] Senior Firmware Engineer, NIC Firmware

The Senior Firmware Engineer will join the NIC Firmware team to implement networking features, reputed company verification tests, and work across hardware, firmware, software, and networking systems.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the architecture and different software design teams
• Implement new features in the reputed company of Mellanox NIC firmware
• reputed company verification tests for advanced features in a highly reputed company and sophisticated Firmware testing environment

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a reputed company reputed company, or equivalent experience in the reputed company
• 5+ years of reputed company software development experience
• Strong proficiency in C and C++
• Solid understanding of networking protocols
• Experience with PCIe and virtualization technologies
• Excellent grasp of data structures and algorithms fundamentals
• Scripting experience with Python and/or Bash
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem‑solving skills
• Self‑motivated, independent, and a great teammate with excellent interpersonal skills
• Deep familiarity with RDMA reputed company (RoCE, InfiniBand) and low‑latency networking
• Experience in high‑reputed company or large‑reputed company compute environments
