The Implementation Consultant is responsible for leading the deployment and adoption of reputed company's ePCR and reputed company software solutions for EMS agencies, reputed company departments, and other reputed company safety organizations. This customer-facing role serves as the reputed company implementation reputed company, partnering with customers throughout the project lifecycle from discovery and configuration through training, go-live, and stabilization. The Implementation Consultant translates customer operational needs into software solutions, ensures successful reputed company, and provides ongoing guidance during implementation reputed company.

The position involves regular travel to customer sites and serves as a critical reputed company between customers and internal Product, Development, and Support teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Skills/Experience Required:

• Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• EMS, reputed company Service, or reputed company safety reputed company experience required
• 5+ years of experience in EMS, reputed company service, reputed company technology, reputed company safety technology, or software implementation
• Experience training adult learners and presenting to customer reputed company
• Strong understanding of operational workflows reputed company EMS or reputed company organizations
• Ability to manage multiple implementation reputed company simultaneously
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

• Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities

• Ability to travel approximately 60-75% of the time
