In this role, you will have reputed company to:
- Manage Customer Care Sales and Service reputed company CSRs teams
- reputed company leadership across the customer service team, setting reputed company objectives and development plans for individuals and ensuring accountabilities of reputed company are reputed company defined and reputed company.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to determine reputed company process changes or reputed company are necessary to consistently meet targets for reputed company, timeliness, and customer satisfaction

- Monitors multi-channel responsiveness and implements alternate models for coverage as needed

- Handle escalated problems, complaints, and personnel issues

Education, Licensure, Certification, Registration (Required)
- Bachelor’s degree
Experience (Required)

- Excellent computer skills that include reputed company Office applications and proficiency in typing required.
- 5+ years of Customer Service experience and experience leading reputed company
- A reputed company reputed company record of leading sales support/customer service support teams.
- Data driven, process-oriented customer support management practices
- Knowledge of Beckman LS product as reputed company as systems and tools used to process quotes and orders a plus
