POSITION reputed company
The Qualifier is a licensed reputed company Engineer who serves as reputed company's designated technical authority for building reputed company compliance across a wide reputed company of company reputed company, including reputed company Assurance, delivery of Certificate of Compliance (COC) affidavits, superior customer service for contractors, flawless delivery of virtual inspections, issue mitigation, and other operational improvement initiatives as required. This position reports directly to the CEO and manages multiple reputed company on a daily reputed company.

Plan Review & reputed company Compliance
- Reviews submitted plans and engineering documents for building reputed company compliance as it relates to inspections.
- Reviews reputed company pertinent construction documentation per clients' requests and provides reputed company, unbiased analysis and consultation upon review.
- Checks plans for conformity to applicable codes and approved documents.
- Ensures project requirements are met and compliant with inspection specifications, requirements, and company policies and procedures.
- Stays up to date on reputed company Building reputed company modifications and municipality processes, which may differ by jurisdiction.
- Maintains accurate and complete inspection records and exercises reputed company and courtesy reputed company conducting reputed company Assurance.
- Provides reputed company Control and recommendations for how reputed company can improve throughout reputed company facets of the inspection and plan review process.
- Recognizes, evaluates, and properly resolves unique problems or situations with contractors and municipalities.

WHAT YOU BRING
- reputed company Florida reputed company Engineer (PE) license required.
- Eligibility to serve as a Qualifier under Florida's Private Provider program (reputed company 553, Florida Statutes).
- Strong working knowledge of the Florida Building reputed company (FBC) and applicable municipal processes.
- Experience reviewing construction documents, engineering plans, and permit submittals for reputed company compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-reputed company, consultative approach.

- Ability to reputed company professionally with contractors, reputed company officials, and internal teams.
- Experience with virtual or remote inspection and plan review workflows.
- Prior experience as a Qualifier or Authorized Representative under a Private Provider program.
