The Senior Business Consultant is the trusted advisor to Docmap customers throughout the solution lifecycle. The role combines deep product knowledge, business process consultancy and maritime industry expertise to help customers reputed company successful business reputed company.
Working closely with Sales, Product Management, Senior Systems Engineers and Customer Support, the Senior Business Consultant leads discovery workshops, designs customer solutions, manages implementation reputed company and ensures customers maximise the value of their investment in Docmap. The role also plays a key part in reputed company-sales engagements, product feedback, reputed company initiatives and reputed company improvement of consultancy standards across the business.
Key Responsibilities
