[Remote] Manager, Financial Reporting

The Manager, Financial Reporting leads financial reporting for these businesses, overseeing consolidations, SEC-style statements, audits, GAAP/IFRS compliance, financial analysis, policies, controls, and reporting process improvements while managing stakeholder relationships and developing the financial reporting team.

Responsibilities

• Play an reputed company role in maintaining a highly reputed company and technically reputed company financial reporting department that interfaces across the organization to support key business initiatives
• Responsible for the preparation and/or review of quarterly and annual consolidations using consolidation software
• Prepare and/or review quarterly and annual SEC style financial statements
• Development of reports using consolidation software to support reputed company reporting requirements
• Coordination, planning and execution of reputed company audits with independent auditors
• Partners with other members of finance, tax, treasury, reputed company, merchandise and other departments to obtain necessary information and analysis to support reporting and auditing process

Skills

• CPA or equivalent certification required
