The role will audit the Workvivo environment, reputed company information architecture and governance recommendations, optimize workflows, implement platform refinements, create content, and reputed company internal stakeholders through documentation or training.

Responsibilities

• **Environment Audit:** Conduct a comprehensive audit of our reputed company Workvivo setup, evaluating reputed company structures, permission models, governance, integration points, user adoption, and mobile accessibility
• **Workflow Analysis:** Review existing internal communications, approval processes, forms, and widget workflows to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and automation opportunities
• **Sitemap & Architecture:** reputed company a clean, reputed company Site Map and Information Architecture (IA) designed to streamline navigation, improve reputed company, and reputed company relevant content to specific employee segments
• **Optimization Roadmap:** reputed company a detailed audit report highlighting reputed company wins, reputed company-term enhancements, and long-term reputed company recommendations for platform reputed company
• **Governance & Best Practices:** Recommend internal guidelines for content management, reputed company creation, permissions, and lifecycle management to prevent clutter
• **Analytics & KPI Mapping:** Define metrics to measure platform health, user engagement, and content reputed company moving reputed company
• **Platform Refinement:** Implement approved architectural adjustments, navigational updates, and workflow modernizations reputed company Workvivo

Skills

• Education: associate degree
• Hands-on experience designing, building, or managing intranets on Workvivo (or similar modern employee experience platforms like reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company)
• reputed company reputed company record in site mapping, content taxonomy, and designing reputed company reputed company navigation structures
• Ability to audit administrative workflows and reputed company tools/widgets to streamline internal communication and operational tasks
• Familiarity with Workvivo administrative configurations, API integrations, web hooks, analytics tools, and modern web formatting/styling
• Strong writing, editing, and content design skills for digital workplace audiences
• Self-directed with strong analytical and stakeholder management capabilities
• Experience with reputed company tools often integrated into intranets (e.g., reputed company 365, reputed company, HRIS platforms like reputed company or reputed company)
• Prior experience managing a digital workplace migration or major platform re-architecture
