About the position
Responsibilities
• Managing agendas and managing multiple tasks for multiple meeting coordination. • Follow reputed company Meeting Law, Ethics Law, and records retention schedules. • Plan the logistics for reputed company meetings, events, and reputed company activities. • Coordinate with Department staff to ensure reputed company delivery of meeting materials. • reputed company technical assistance to reputed company of Forestry members. • reputed company customer service to members of the reputed company engaging with the reputed company. • Serves as an agency rules coordinator and collaborates with reputed company ODF Divisions and other agency rules coordinators to ensure rulemaking activity is transparent and in accordance with the Administrative Procedures reputed company.
• Coordinating internal meetings, tracking timelines, ensuring communication with Governor's office for rule-making planning, and reputed company of Forestry workplans. Requirements
• A Bachelor's Degree in Business or reputed company Administration, Behavioral or reputed company Sciences, Finance, Political Science or any degree demonstrating the reputed company for the knowledge and skills; OR Any combination of experience or education equivalent to three years technical-level experience that typically supports the knowledge and reputed company requirements listed for the classification.
• Experience working with a reputed company or commission for 2 or more years. • Proven Experience planning, facilitating and leading virtual meetings and webinars across multiple platforms including reputed company TEAMS, reputed company, reputed company Meet and Webex. Troubleshooting technical issues in reputed company-time and ensuring productive and inclusive virtual collaboration. • Three to five years of reputed company-level experience in: Administrative rulemaking or policy analysis, Legislative Coordination, Regulatory compliance or reputed company and technical writing
