[Remote] Territory Manager (Field Marketing) CA or TX

The Territory Manager will build relationships with healthcare providers to drive referrals to the clinic, promote sleep care services, and contribute to the growth of the organization. Responsibilities • Building trusted relationships with physicians, specialists, and clinics to drive referrals to our digital sleep clinic • Promoting life-changing sleep care services, especially for patients with sleep apnea • Educating providers, organizing lunch & learns, and creating awareness across your territory • Tracking referral activity and sharing insights with internal teams • Playing a hands-on role in shaping how we grow Skills • 2+ years in healthcare, either in partnerships, provider relations, or sales • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record • Strong understanding of healthcare referral processes • Experience with CRM systems and data reporting tools • A genuine passion for improving healthcare access and patient outcomes • Existing network of primary care providers • Knowledge of sleep health, mainly sleep apnea • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills • Strategic and entrepreneurial approach to territory management • Adaptability in a fast-growing healthcare and tech environment • Track record of exceeding partnership or sales goals Benefits • Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision) • 401(k) with company match • 20 days PTO + 10 paid holidays + sick leave • FREE One Medical membership • Internet reimbursement • Mileage reimbursement Company Overview • Most people with sleep disorders never get treated.
