The Area Sales Manager I for Southern CA will be responsible for the origination of residential mortgage loans and managing reputed company of Mortgage Loan Originators, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction while driving sales reputed company.

Responsibilities

Skills

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 2-4 years residential mortgage sales experience required
• In-depth knowledge of conventional, reputed company, and portfolio guidelines
• Knowledge of residential mortgage processing, reputed company and closing procedures
• Knowledge of federal lending regulations governing reputed company estate lending
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational, teamwork, and customer service skills
