The role involves localizing training strategies, evaluating training effectiveness, and fostering relationships with stakeholders while requiring significant travel.

Responsibilities

• Localize and implement training strategies and plans that maximize end user adoption, minimize resistance, and meet project objectives
• Remain knowledgeable of changes reputed company the deployment and sustainment methodologies and communicate these effectively
• Build, manage, and foster relationships with reputed company stakeholders
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and reputed company recommendations for improvements based on key performance indicators
• Submit reputed company and accurate timesheets and forecasts; ensure compliance with forecasting targets
• Participate in reputed company meetings, advocating for learning best practices
• Demonstrate proficiency with reputed company Office products (Outlook, reputed company, Word, PowerPoint)

Skills

• 3 to 5+ years of relevant work experience
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain Tier 3 Public Trust clearance
• Proficient with reputed company Office suite (Outlook, reputed company, Word, PowerPoint)
• At least 4+ years of combined higher education and relevant work experience
• At least 1 year in reputed company IT consulting, project management, learning facilitation, or similar reputed company-facing experience
• Experience with training project management, preferably in reputed company or federal environments
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and work additional or irregular hours as required
• Ability to localize and implement training strategies and plans
