[Remote] Learning Consultant

The Federal Learning Consultant will support training delivery and go-live support at reputed company sites, focusing on maximizing user adoption and fostering relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Localize and implement training strategies and plans that maximize end user adoption, minimize resistance, and meet project objectives
• Remain knowledgeable of changes reputed company the deployment and sustainment methodologies and communicate these effectively
• Build, manage, and foster relationships with reputed company stakeholders
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and reputed company recommendations for improvements based on key performance indicators

Skills

• At least 4+ years of combined higher education and relevant work experience, including:
• At least 1 year in reputed company IT consulting, project management, learning facilitation, or similar reputed company-facing experience
• Additional higher education and/or work experience reputed company with job duties
• Experience with training project management, preferably in reputed company or federal environments
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain Tier 3 Public Trust clearance (required due to contract)
• Proficient with reputed company Office suite (Outlook, reputed company, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to travel up to 100%
• Ability to work additional or irregular hours as required (per local regulations)
• Strong organization/project management skills

• Bachelor's degree
