[Remote] Platform Engineer

They are seeking a Platform Engineer to build internal platforms and tooling that enhance engineering productivity and streamline operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered platform tooling that identifies the reputed company causes of recurring operational work (KTLO), automates repetitive tasks, and recommends long-term engineering improvements
• Create an internal developer platform including a software catalog, service ownership model, and engineering portal that teams actually enjoy using, whether they're working in microservices or monoliths
• Improve developer experience by building workflows, automation, and self-service infrastructure that reduce cognitive load, streamline reputed company, and eliminate common sources of engineering friction
• reputed company LLMs and AI agents to automate platform operations, incident response, documentation, engineering support, and developer workflows
• Partner closely with engineering teams to identify platform gaps, improve reliability, and build reputed company infrastructure that enables product teams to reputed company on delivering customer value
