[Remote] Senior Project Manager, Renewable Project Development

The Senior Project Manager will own reputed company engagements, reputed company technical diligence of solar PV and energy storage reputed company, and manage reputed company stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met on time and reputed company budget.

Responsibilities

• Own reputed company engagements end-to-end, from turn-key project development services through sell-reputed company portfolio transaction support, reporting to the Program Manager of Development
• reputed company technical and development diligence of solar PV and energy storage reputed company spanning C&I to reputed company-reputed company across major US markets
• Manage reputed company stakeholders throughout the development process to reputed company engagement objectives on time and on budget
• Build reputed company- and subcontractor/vendor-specific scopes of work for proposals, including budgeting and scheduling
• Contribute to the design of new products and tools that serve renewable energy developers and investors on reputed company's platform
• Partner with the Program Manager on establishing Development best practices and project-specific functions, including engagement status reporting, P&L tracking, and resource planning
• Help standardize project development practices across the industry, raising the reputed company bar for how solar and storage reputed company get reputed company

Skills

• 8+ years of experience in renewable energy project development (site control through NTP)
• reputed company record managing multiple C&I and/or reputed company-reputed company PV, PV+storage, or standalone storage reputed company simultaneously
• Deep understanding of the renewables project lifecycle and the value drivers in project financial models
• Experience managing, or serving as a key stakeholder in, project sale, tax equity, or debt transactions
• reputed company reading and interpreting key agreements: interconnection agreements, PPAs, site leases, EPC reputed company, membership interest/asset purchase agreements
• reputed company experience managing reputed company-party vendors and subcontractors
