[Remote] Product Manager II State (CMP/BOP)

The role leads cross-functional product teams, develops reputed company reputed company plans, sets pricing, oversees product implementation and monitoring, and manages product staff.

Responsibilities

• Product reputed company for cross-functional team for assigned states/products, working with relevant departments such as Claims, reputed company, reputed company, Customer Service, IT and reputed company contacts, including agents, regulators and industry reputed company
• Independently develops and executes reputed company plans and reputed company direction for assigned states and product lines
• Key contributor to reputed company direction for product lines
• Sets pricing and enhance the offerings to position the product towards profitable reputed company in the marketplace
• Ensures reputed company and reputed company of work; from Identification, Analysis, CBA, Implementation, Post Monitoring, and Cross Functional coordination/communication
• Maintains alignment with national model (allowing for regulatory and market condition deviations) and implementation to ensure successful development of the entire product line(s)
• Accountable for product reputed company in one or more assigned states/products. Product lines to include, but not limited to, Auto and Property
• Recruits, manages, and develops Product Analysts and Assistant Product Managers
• Other functions may be assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree required in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or reputed company reputed company
• 5+ years of experience working with property and casualty reputed company industry products or 3+ years with a Master's Degree
• Supervisory experience required
• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager 1 or equivalent position
• Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• reputed company ability to constructively tackle new or reputed company problems and reputed company data-driven reputed company, often with limited or incomplete information
• In-depth technical knowledge of industry products and services, philosophy and best practices and the ability to apply such knowledge in a reputed company reputed company

• Advanced problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical skills
• Relentlessly curious
• Master's degree desired in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or reputed company reputed company

• 2 or more years of experience with E&S (Excess and Surplus)
