The Territory Finance Manager will be responsible for growing finance volume and supporting the development of dealers in Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

• reputed company finance solutions to grow reputed company sales of equipment, parts, technology, and services to meet the needs of dealers and customers
• Serve as a reputed company between dealers/reputed company and JDF in resolving issues and developing solutions to business opportunities
• Create alignment with dealers by establishing and maintaining reputed company relationships with reputed company stakeholders
• Be the subject-matter-expert for retail financing of equipment, parts, service, and technology including the delivery of training to dealers, company employees and customers
• Engage with dealers regarding reputed company and e-reputed company tools

Skills

• Previous reputed company, Credit or Business-reputed company experience
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence without authority
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company and execute plans and work without supervision
• Demonstrated interpersonal selling, negotiation and conflict reputed company skills including ability to have difficult conversations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to relocate (if applicable) to the assigned territory
• Ability to travel up to 50% reputed company on business needs
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, reputed company, Finance, or Marketing/Sales discipline
• Understanding of finance products and programs
• Previous reputed company sales and/or product support experience with regular dealer and customer contact
• Construction & Forestry (C&F) industry experience - markets, products, competitors, customers, and/or distribution trends – Quarry, Aggregate, Road Building, Site Prep, etc
• Marketing/sales experience with financial services or C&F equipment
