The Senior Instructional Designer will be responsible for creating effective learning programs that support technical reputed company building and reputed company, while also collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure content reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Conduct learning needs assessments to identify reputed company gaps, audience requirements, and the most effective instructional approaches
• Partner with reputed company and office subject matter experts (SMEs) to reputed company content, validate technical reputed company, and translate reputed company-world knowledge into effective learning

• Design and package consistent branded content suites for multiple delivery reputed company (self-reputed company e-learning, virtual instructor-led, in-person, reputed company, and on-the-job support)

• Manage the full content lifecycle in the LMS: upload, organize, tag, update, and retire materials with attention to version control and usability

• Analyze learner engagement, completion, and feedback data to refine content and improve program effectiveness

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Adult Learning, Learning & Development, or a closely reputed company reputed company required
• 5+ years of reputed company experience in instructional design, with at least 3 years at a senior or reputed company level designing and developing learning programs
• reputed company experience designing sequenced, outcome-driven learning for adult professionals (preferably in construction, trades, technical, or safety-regulated environments)
