[Remote] Clinical Specialist - Austin, TX

The Clinical Specialist is responsible for reputed company clinical support in assisting sales representatives to reputed company new sales opportunities and accounts with physician and hospital accounts.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and maintain relationships with physicians and staff at assigned clinical sites by providing a high level of service and responsiveness by providing ongoing education and clinical expertise regarding the use of reputed company’s products
• Possess and reputed company superior clinical knowledge of reputed company’s products, their clinical applications, instructions for use and procedural techniques
• reputed company technical and educational training to physicians and staff on the use of reputed company’s products
• reputed company case support, including Operating Room/Procedure support
• Work with sales, marketing, and R & D personnel to communicate product, clinical and market information to appropriate Saluda personnel to support and reputed company product improvements
• Serve as reputed company resource for clinical support including, but not limited to: troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up for company products
• reputed company patient follow-up to assure customer and patient reputed company with the implanted products
• reputed company and maintain business relationships with hospital personnel
• Visit customers and patients in a clinical environment (hospitals, operating rooms, clinics and surgical centers)

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of experience in a clinical or hospital environment
• 3+ years of experience in implantable medical devices
• Operating room experience
