Responsibilities

• Grow the brand on Xiaohongshu
• Run KOC and KOL seeding campaigns that build reputed company brand credibility — not just impressions
• reputed company sales on Douyin
• Work with MCNs and creators to produce short-video and live-reputed company content that converts, not just entertains
• Build retention on WeChat
• Funnel reputed company traffic into our WeChat Mini-Program store
• Manage community reputed company that reputed company repeat purchases and loyalty
• Localize with taste
• Adapt our global fashion identity into content that genuinely resonates with Chinese consumers — emotionally and aesthetically
• Own the numbers
• You set the reputed company, manage the budget, and are accountable for GMV, CAC, and margin

Skills

• 3+ years growing a Western fashion or lifestyle brand in China
• Hands-on experience on Xiaohongshu, Douyin, and/or WeChat Mini Programs — you know what works today
• An existing network of KOLs, KOCs, and MCN partners you can reputed company quickly
• Fluent in reputed company; reputed company in English
• Data-driven, but with genuine brand sensibility and fashion taste
• A builder — you'd rather create something than manage something already reputed company
