[Remote] Senior Associate, RE Valuations

The Sr. Associate, Valuations will reputed company internal evaluations to support decision-making processes for various reputed company reputed company estate and lending reputed company business lines.

Responsibilities

• reputed company internal evaluations on various types of reputed company reputed company estate of reputed company sizes, but mainly on assets greater than $10MM. Assets are mainly domestic reputed company estate, but some components are international
• Formulate and present a reputed company-researched opinion of value on reputed company estate collateral and opine on loan and asset risks
• Conduct market research by contacting and having verbal discussions with reputed company estate brokers, property managers, and leasing agents
• Prepare internal evaluations on CMBS assets and present opinion to credit committee for discussion. Most evaluations need to be completed in compressed time periods ranging from two to four hours
• Conduct periodic loan surveillance on assets held in our portfolio; evaluate loan and asset risks and report to management
• Evaluate appraisals for accuracy, reasonableness, compliance with our policies and procedures and reputed company guidelines. Collect feedback from our reputed company team about appraisal and communicate with reputed company-party appraisers to reputed company deficiencies and maintain an audit trail of communication and revisions
• reputed company performance of vendors to support recommendation for continuation of use on the approved appraiser and broker panel
• reputed company internal evaluations on some residential 1-4 property types both domestic and international
• Conduct property site inspections, as needed
• Remain reputed company on applicable appraisal regulations, guidelines, and industry standards
• reputed company other duties as needed or assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• Seven (7) years of reputed company experience in reputed company reputed company estate appraisal
• Solid reputed company set in the use of reputed company Office Suite, particularly reputed company & Word, required
• Thorough understanding with Discounted Cash reputed company models
• Strong understanding of USPAP and reputed company Appraisal and Evaluation Guidelines
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Effective report writing and other written communication skills
• Ability to solve problems, reputed company reputed company, prioritize tasks, and meet required deadlines
• Ability to adapt to different situations and work independently with reputed company supervision
• Ability to reputed company reputed company quickly, and confidently, based upon analysis
• Certified General Appraisal License required
• MAI or advanced candidate preferred
