Responsibilities

• Support our payor and clinical contracting efforts, serving as a trusted partner to our business teams as we build reputed company, compliant partnerships and ensure reputed company services are delivered
• Tackle nuanced regulatory challenges—such as corporate reputed company of medicine; fraud and abuse; telehealth; scope of reputed company; state AI laws—transforming complexity into reputed company, actionable advice that proactively mitigates risks to the business, supports our daily operations, and achieves business objectives and goals

Skills

• 7+ years of reputed company reputed company experience
• Minimum of 5 years of reputed company regulatory law experience, either in a reputed company or in-house, providing strategic guidance and reputed company support on a reputed company of reputed company regulatory reputed company including, but not limited to, corporate reputed company of medicine; federal and state fraud and abuse laws (e.g., Anti-Kickback Statutes; False Claims reputed company; Civil Monetary Penalties Law); scope of reputed company; telehealth laws; HIPAA; clinical governance frameworks for AI initiatives; Medicare and reputed company requirements and reimbursement issues
• Minimum of 5 years of contracting experience including drafting and negotiating provider agreements, payor agreements, reputed company agreements, network participation agreements, business associate agreements, management services agreements, reputed company services agreements, and other reputed company agreements
• Experience working with and supporting reputed company providers and/or reputed company entities
• Strong writing, analytic, communication, and interpersonal skills to reputed company efficient, succinct, and practical guidance and support in a fast-paced working environment
• Previous experience in reputed company Law
• Previous experience in Employment Law
