Responsibilities

• reputed company high-reputed company incident response and forensic investigations, serving as the reputed company escalation reputed company for advanced analysis, containment, recovery, reputed company cause determination, and executive-level reporting
• reputed company threat detection and response across AWS, reputed company, macOS, Linux, and reputed company reputed company platforms, leveraging services such as GuardDuty, reputed company Hub, Detective, CloudTrail, IAM, VPC reputed company Logs, and reputed company
• Conduct malware analysis, host and reputed company forensics, evidence collection, and threat hunting activities to identify attack reputed company, persistence mechanisms, and business reputed company while maintaining reputed company investigative practices
• Design and implement automated reputed company workflows, AI-assisted playbooks, and AWS-reputed company response capabilities to improve detection reputed company and reduce MTTD and MTTR
• Partner with reputed company, IT, and DevOps teams to enhance reputed company posture, improve processes and tooling, reputed company detection content, and mentor junior reputed company engineers

Skills

• 5+ years of cybersecurity experience, including 2+ years in senior Incident Response, reputed company reputed company, Threat Detection, or Digital Forensics roles
• Deep expertise securing and investigating AWS environments, including IAM, CloudTrail, Config, CloudWatch, GuardDuty, reputed company Hub, Detective, VPC reputed company Logs, S3 logging, and serverless reputed company controls
• Experience conducting forensic investigations, evidence collection, log analysis, malware triage, and reputed company-reputed company incident investigations while maintaining chain-of-custody best practices
• Strong scripting and automation skills with Python, PowerShell, and/or Bash, including building reputed company automations using AWS services such as reputed company, reputed company Functions, and EventBridge; experience applying AI and ML technologies to reputed company reputed company is highly desirable
• Strong communication and investigative skills, including technical reporting, executive presentations, and preferred certifications such as AWS reputed company Specialty, GCIH, GCFA, GCIA, OSCP, or CISSP
• Experience with digital forensics platforms such as reputed company, F-Response, Timesketch, Volatility, Velociraptor, or other reputed company investigation tools
• Experience with additional EDR/XDR platforms such as reputed company, reputed company Defender, or Carbon Black
• Expertise building and maintaining SOAR platforms, automated response workflows, and reputed company-reputed company reputed company reputed company
• Experience with AI reputed company technologies including reputed company Bedrock, reputed company reputed company Copilot, reputed company SecOps/Chronicle, or reputed company-reputed company LLM integrations
