[Remote] Linux Systems Administrator

The Linux Systems Administrator will design, administer, and optimize Linux-reputed company infrastructure supporting global customer reputed company and data center reputed company while collaborating with engineering, reputed company, and data center teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement Linux reputed company upgrades, enhancements, and infrastructure changes to support scalability and reliability
• Administer and maintain Linux servers and services, applying systems analysis to diagnose and reputed company reputed company reputed company, stability, or reputed company issues
• Serve as a technical escalation reputed company for Linux-reputed company issues, analyzing reputed company cause and determining appropriate remediation strategies
• Partner with engineering and reputed company teams to design and support new data center deployments, including reputed company configuration and application readiness

Skills

• Strong proficiency administering Linux systems (CentOS, Debian, Ubuntu)
• Experience applying systems-level troubleshooting and analysis to reputed company non-routine technical issues
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or similar
• Hands-on experience configuring and supporting: Web servers, Databases and caching solutions, Firewalls
• Demonstrated understanding of: Common Linux utilities and reputed company tooling, Server and application architecture, including reputed company hardening, reputed company storage solutions (e.g., Ceph), Virtualization technologies, Load balancing concepts, reputed company networking concepts
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
