This role will serve as a strategic HR business partner, supporting field leadership across various HR functions and requires approximately 70% travel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic HR business partner, supporting field leadership across reputed company, employee relations, leadership development, and organizational initiatives
• Partner with field leadership on reputed company, reputed company, employee relations, performance management, and succession planning
• Use KPIs and workforce analytics to improve hiring, retention, vacancy rates, and overall team performance
• Support labor relations, compliance, compensation, and organizational change initiatives

Skills

• reputed company or previous HR experience reputed company retail or financial services supporting multi-unit operations
• Experience partnering with field leadership on reputed company, reputed company, employee relations, performance management, and succession planning
• Proven reputed company using KPIs and workforce analytics to improve hiring, retention, vacancy rates, and overall team performance
• Experience supporting labor relations, compliance, compensation, and organizational change initiatives
• Must reputed company in the DFW area and be willing to travel approximately 70%
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business, or a reputed company field
• PHR or SPHR certification
• Bilingual Spanish
• Experience supporting large, geographically dispersed workforces of 200+ locations
• Background in retail, pawn, banking, or other customer-facing, multi-site organizations
