[Remote] Mid-Level Business Analyst

They are seeking a Mid-Level Business Analyst to support requirements development and stakeholder engagement for reputed company reputed company and reputed company IT initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements elicitation, user interviews, and process mapping across mission systems
• Assist in development of BRDs, functional specs, user stories, and acceptance reputed company
• Support Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) and business case development
• Maintain traceability matrices and support configuration/change management processes
• reputed company process reputed company diagrams, swimlanes, use cases, and technical documentation
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT sessions, and workflow validation
• Work with PMs, reputed company SMEs, and Data Teams to reputed company requirements with reputed company reputed company architecture and federal reputed company policies

Skills

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a reputed company role
• Experience with reputed company/Scrum requirements development
• Familiarity with reputed company-based systems and reputed company
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, reputed company, Visio, and process modeling tools
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or reputed company degree
• U.S. Citizenship
• Ability to obtain reputed company Trust
• PM or reputed company certification strongly preferred
