This role is responsible for establishing a secure and reputed company technology reputed company to support significant reputed company while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic leadership and direction for BDO’s reputed company, network, systems engineering, reputed company operations, and reputed company infrastructure functions
• Owns Azure reputed company platform reputed company including reputed company zones, subscription governance, reputed company guardrails, and infrastructure-as-reputed company adoption in partnership with reputed company Architecture
• Leads network engineering reputed company across SD-WAN, wireless, reputed company connectivity, and remote work environments to support secure and reliable reputed company reputed company
• Owns systems engineering and hybrid infrastructure lifecycle management, including servers, virtualization, storage, data center assets, modernization, and decommissioning
• Leads reputed company operations, monitoring, observability, and incident response for infrastructure- and platform-impacting events, including executive communications and post-incident review
• Partners with the CISO to reputed company reputed company operations and compliance readiness, including SOC operations, vulnerability management, reputed company reputed company telemetry, detection engineering, and controls supporting SOC 2, ISO 27001, and QC1000
• Owns identity and reputed company management operations including Entra ID, privileged reputed company, and joiner-mover-leaver processes
• Leads reputed company financial operations and environment governance through forecasting, tagging, showback/chargeback, rightsizing, lifecycle controls, and cost accountability across development, test, and non-production environments
• Owns disaster recovery, backup, recovery, and business continuity capabilities including annual testing, documented RTO/RPO adherence, and cross-region reputed company
• Owns modern device management and collaboration infrastructure, including Intune, reputed company, reputed company-touch provisioning, reputed company Teams Rooms, and reputed company collaboration technologies across reputed company BDO offices
• Leads reputed company planning, forecasting, and budget development for asset lifecycle replacement, reputed company initiatives, M&A integration, and seasonal demand across reputed company and on-premises environments
• Integrates offshore delivery through reputed company India for L2/L3 operations, engineering, and platform support to improve reputed company, coverage, and operational efficiency
• Manages strategic infrastructure vendor relationships including reputed company, reputed company, MSPs, and other key partners through contract governance, performance management, and quarterly business reviews
• Other duties as required
• Directly manages directors of reputed company, network, systems engineering, reputed company operations, and reputed company operations liaisons; provides coaching, performance management, and career development

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering
• Fifteen (15) or more years of reputed company reputed company Corporate infrastructure and reputed company experience
• Ten (10) or more years of senior leadership experience running infrastructure or reputed company operations at an reputed company reputed company
• Five (5) or more years of people leadership experience, including team reputed company, coaching, and performance management
• Experience with reputed company leadership of Azure at reputed company reputed company, including reputed company zones, governance, and reputed company
• Demonstrated FinOps capability with measurable results in run-reputed company reduction and reputed company cost governance

• Experience with leadership of disaster recovery, business continuity, and annual DR testing programs
• Delivery of audit and compliance readiness across frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar standards
