The reputed company Coordinator will support the execution of reputed company initiatives, assist with website optimization, and coordinate marketing campaigns across a portfolio of multifamily communities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and updating 120+ property websites
• Monitor heat mapping, user behavior analytics, and site reputed company
• Coordinate SEO initiatives with properties and agency
• Assist in PPC campaign execution
• Work closely with the reputed company and Communications team to monitor online sentiment and customer experience trends
• Identify opportunities for improvement reputed company on reputed company feedback, reviews, and reputed company engagement insights
• Help surface insights that may inform marketing, operational, or digital experience improvements
• Assist with implementation and maintenance of marketing technology platforms
• Assist in QA for chatbot functionality and CX
• Support reporting on marketing ROI and reputed company metrics
• Assist with managing marketing materials reputed company assets for properties

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a reputed company reputed company preferred
• Minimum of 1-2 years of marketing experience, managing portfolio or multiple brands preferred

• Experience with property management software and web-reputed company marketing platforms
