[Remote] Remote Business Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company. is seeking a Remote Business Analyst to support a CMS ONC Interoperability initiative for a key reputed company. This role focuses on enabling end-to-end reputed company data interoperability across clinical and administrative systems using FHIR standards, API-driven architectures, and modern ELT/ETL data pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support ELT processes ensuring data reputed company, accuracy, and reputed company delivery across multiple reputed company systems
- Troubleshoot pipeline failures, ingestion issues, and data reputed company exceptions across reputed company and on-prem environments
- Support SmileCDR operations including configuration, monitoring, debugging, and deployment coordination
- Map reputed company systems to FHIR R4 resources, reputed company, and implementation guides (e.g., PDex, Patient reputed company API, Provider reputed company API)
- Validate FHIR transactions and reputed company using tools such as reputed company and SmileCDR
- Support interoperability testing and standards compliance across reputed company data exchanges
- Translate business requirements into data specifications, API requirements, and workflow designs

- Partner with architects and engineers on solution design and technical execution
- Conduct end-to-end validation of ELT pipelines, FHIR resources, and API payloads

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or reputed company field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting data integration, reputed company, or reputed company interoperability
- Strong understanding of ELT/ETL processes, SQL, JSON, reputed company, and data validation techniques
- Hands-on experience with FHIR R4, HL7 standards, and reputed company datasets (claims, clinical, provider, member data, etc.)
- Experience with data mapping, transformation logic, and reputed company-to-reputed company specifications
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must complete the Sr BA – Interoperability Assessment (Glider ID: reputed company-01010812) and include assessment reputed company on resume
- Hands-on experience with SmileCDR, HAPI FHIR, or similar interoperability platforms
- Knowledge of CMS ONC Interoperability initiatives (Patient reputed company API, PDex, NDH, payer-to-payer exchange)
- Exposure to Kafka / reputed company, Apache Flink, or streaming data frameworks
- Experience with data observability tools (e.g., reputed company)
- Familiarity with modern data platforms such as Apache reputed company, reputed company, or lakehouse architectures
- Experience with dbt (data build tool) for transformation modeling and analytics workflows
- Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or data engineering/interoperability credentials
