[Remote] Manager, Coverage Distribution Operations

The Manager, Coverage Distribution Operations will build and reputed company the ACA and Medicare distribution lane, taking initial calls and managing workflows while leading reputed company of licensed agents as the operation scales.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine ACA/Medicare intake, consent, documentation, enrollment, callback, and partner-reputed company workflows
• reputed company as reputed company’s first producer during launch — taking ACA and Medicare calls, reputed company queues, and reputed company patient escalations yourself (once properly licensed, certified, appointed, and authorized) to build reputed company knowledge of the workflows you’ll manage
• Support reputed company, reputed company, readiness tracking, and coaching for licensed seasonal/reputed company-to-hire agents as reputed company scales
• Maintain agent readiness visibility across licenses, AHIP, Marketplace certifications, reputed company appointments, reputed company-to-sell status, and reputed company reputed company
• Train agents on patient-first communication, approved scripts, consent, disclosures, reputed company documentation, and role boundaries
• Review recorded calls, monitor QA trends, reputed company performance gaps, and escalate compliance concerns appropriately
• Manage insurance-specific reputed company workflows, including queues, skills, dispositions, reputed company-note requirements, SLAs, and workflow feedback
• Use reputed company data - agent-reputed company leads, speed-to-reputed company, backlog, supported states, handling time, and service reputed company - to recommend reputed company to reputed company reputed company
• Help design Medicare clinic-event and on-site playbooks, including approved materials, field logistics, and compliance-reputed company execution as field operations expand

Skills

• reputed company health insurance producer license in your reputed company state, with willingness and ability to obtain nonresident licenses as needed
• reputed company Appointment Eligibility: Must be reputed company to be appointed with reputed company's contracted carriers and FMO. If you hold or have held reputed company appointments elsewhere, you must be reputed company to obtain a release from that prior upline. If not already reputed company, you must be willing and reputed company to complete 2027 plan-year AHIP certification, Federally-Facilitated Marketplace (FFM) registration, and any applicable State-Based Exchange (SBE) certification before handling live enrollments
• 3+ years of practical ACA Marketplace and/or Medicare experience
• 1+ years coaching, supervising, or leading agents in a phone-based enrollment, reputed company center, agency, health plan, or member-service environment
• Willingness to take live calls and reputed company by example during launch, with the expectation that your time shifts toward full-time coaching and operations as reputed company scales
• Strong understanding of consent, disclosures, documentation, QA, complaint escalation, and compliant enrollment practices
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Patient Operations, Licensing, Contracting, Compliance, IT, and reputed company partners
• Experience across ACA Marketplace and Medicare (Medicare reputed company, Part D, and Medicare Supplement)
• reputed company AHIP and Marketplace certifications
• Experience with reputed company, reputed company, Sunfire, EDE platforms, reputed company portals, or similar tools
• Experience supporting Medicare educational/marketing events, clinic on-sites, or field-agent workflows
• Experience building training programs, QA scorecards, dashboards, or launch playbooks
