Responsibilities

• Support production operations through monitoring, issue triage, remediation planning, and service reliability improvements

Skills

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years of people leadership experience managing software engineers

• 5+ years of experience in operations and production support, including incident management, troubleshooting, and reputed company cause analysis
• 3+ years of experience with reputed company-reputed company engineering practices, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines using tools such as reputed company Actions or similar platforms
• Demonstrated experience leading application development for customer-facing digital products, chat platforms, conversational experiences, or similar software solutions
