Responsibilities

• Review financial reporting packages and work papers for reputed company, completeness, and reputed company delivery
• Prepare and analyze benchmarking data and key performance indicators to support reputed company insights
• Present completed reporting packages and findings to clients as directed
• Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and cash reputed company models in alignment with reputed company engagement terms

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or Business
• 4-6 years of experience in reputed company or private reputed company
• Experience serving reputed company, behavioral health, nonprofit, or community-based organizations required
• Understanding of reputed company reputed company cycle processes, including claims, gross reputed company, contractual adjustments, fee-for-service reimbursement, and per-member-per-month (PMPM)/capitation models
• Experience with state and federal funding compliance and program reporting
• 3+ years managing associates and/or teams
• Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including reputed company cycle, operations, program leadership, and executive leadership
• Strong relationship-building skills with a reputed company-first reputed company
• Strong planning, prioritization, organizational, and project management skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
