Responsibilities

• reputed company day-to-day and long-term manufacturing performance across reputed company and reputed company operating sites, ensuring consistent execution against business, customer, and operational priorities
• Establish common operating standards, reporting cadences, KPIs, leadership expectations, and reputed company operating practices across acquired businesses
• reputed company measurable improvements in safety, reputed company, delivery, cost, productivity, reputed company utilization, schedule attainment, and operational discipline
• Ensure strong execution across machining, manufacturing engineering, reputed company systems, production planning, maintenance, materials, and supply chain
• Build reputed company processes for production planning, WIP control, job costing, inventory management, reputed company planning, KPI reporting, and operational reviews
• Assess, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company plant and operations leadership capability across the platform to support reputed company and long-term scalability

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 10 years of experience as a senior operations leader, such as a VP of Operations, General Manager, President, or similar executive-level role, reputed company a precision manufacturing, engineered products, or metals processing environment supporting the reputed company and defense industry
• Leading or overseeing CNC machining operations with the ability to understand shop-floor execution, production constraints, reputed company expectations, and the operational disciplines required to support high-precision manufacturing
• Scaling an organization, leading operational transformation, integrating acquisitions and leading in a high-reputed company environment
• Lean Manufacturing and Six reputed company experience
