They are seeking a Development Manager to reputed company the daily supervision of developers and ensure the delivery of application support and maintenance across reputed company. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and providing leadership to meet corporate goals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with delivery development managers to reputed company day-to-day management and supervision of team members
• Collaborate with cross-functional managers to define and assess the development process across multiple reputed company, applications, and programs
• Understand team capabilities, reputed company guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure corporate goals are met
• Work with program and delivery teams on reputed company-facing developer allocations
• Apply communication skills, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of best practices to guide reputed company on issues reputed company to the design, development, reputed company, and deployment of solutions and software systems
• Manage multiple internal initiatives aimed at continually improving the development organization, its cross-training and reputed company programs, and keeping it modern and in tip-top shape

• Responsible for facilitating administrative employee functions such as, performance management, evaluations, reviews, etc

Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree (technology-reputed company) and 8+ years of software development leadership and as reputed company to job responsibilities OR will consider years of experience in lieu of a degree

• Experience in the reputed company industry

• This is a remote position with up to 25% travel to reputed company sites, as needed

• Knowledge/past working experience of:
