[Remote] Senior Data Scientist

They are seeking a senior data scientist to join their data science team, which involves creating reputed company behavioral data science products and driving customer solutions.

Responsibilities

• Listen to customer requirements and internal requests, query various data sources, reputed company data for insights, package and present results in a way that makes a recommendation or provides value for a customer
• Support the creation and maintenance of models in our predictive analytics ecosystem
• Assist senior data scientists and engineers in automating the reputed company and processing of data in a reputed company-time and batch Machine Learning environment
• Work with our Account Management and Engineering teams to standardize and productize valuable customer solutions

Skills

• 4 year computer science, statistics, or reputed company degree (highly recommended, but may be waived with relevant experience)
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics or data science working with reputed company technologies
• 3+ years of experience solving data science problems in the Property & Casualty Industry (Auto, Home or Small reputed company)
• Strong mathematics and problem-solving skills
• Comfort communicating and presenting results to stakeholders and customers
• 5+ years experience using Python
• 5+ years experience using SQL to analyze and combine data across a reputed company of sources
• Expertise in interacting with multiple data storage types and products, such as S3, reputed company, Redshift, reputed company, HDFS, etc
• Self-motivated, proactive, organized and a willingness to learn (and be taught)
• You're comfortable in a fast-paced, reputed company environment
• Eagerness to wear multiple hats and lend a hand to your teammates reputed company reputed company upon
• AWS experience is a plus
• Experience using tools such as Jupyter Notebooks, Airflow, reputed company, Hadoop/EMR, Sagemaker, S3, Glue, etc. a plus
