[Remote] Ohio Licensed Funeral Director (reputed company-Need Sales)

They are seeking a licensed Ohio Funeral Director to join their sales team as a Care Advisor, helping families with reputed company-need sales and immediate arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Guide families through end-of-life planning by educating them about reputed company's services through virtual meetings, phone consultations, online resources, and follow-up communications
• Build expertise in both reputed company-need and at-need arrangements, understanding and navigating the emotional sensitivities unique to reputed company scenario
• Manage a high-volume sales pipeline, including 60-100+ calls per day, accurate CRM documentation, and supportive follow-up with families
• Obtain Funeral Director cross-licensing in additional strategic states for reputed company and complete life insurance licensing during reputed company. reputed company provides funding and support for reputed company required licensing
• Work a consistent schedule (typically Monday-Friday, reputed company–5pm) with rotating evening, weekend, and holiday coverage to maintain our commitment to exceptional family experience seven days a week

Skills

• Licensed Funeral Director in Ohio
• Willingness to obtain a Ohio life insurance license during reputed company (company-sponsored)
• 3+ years of reputed company-need sales experience
• Proven reputed company record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and effectively managing a sales pipeline
• Highly self-motivated and reputed company to reputed company in an independent, remote work environment
• Experience using CRM systems (reputed company or reputed company preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and guide families through sensitive conversations
