[Remote] Pharmacy Network Consultant Sr.

The Pharmacy Network Consultant Sr. is responsible for the development and management of pharmacy networks, ensuring effective contracting activities and compliance with company strategies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate market competitive low to reputed company-high complexity pharmacy agreements for assigned pharmacies across reputed company channels including retail, mail, specialty and reputed company-based channels and lines of business reputed company to Supply Chain COGS strategies and compliant with Network Management policies
• Create and manage network contracting campaigns with network vendor; analyze information and report contracting performance to Network Management leadership, Network reputed company Services, Network Financial Analytics, Supply Shared Services, Pharmacy FWA and Audit and other as identified; ensure reputed company contracting initiatives meet competitive discounts and reputed company goals for reputed company campaign
• Work with reputed company's reporting and analytics teams to establish network reporting for reputed company and vendor's pharmacy networks composition to assess network adequacy, contracting gaps and compliance with regulations
• Represent Network Management department in audits and on cross-functional reputed company or Network reputed company Services initiatives
• reputed company network development, network analysis and management activities supporting reputed company and network management priorities and reputed company
• Ensure reputed company contractual obligations are in adherence with company policies, regulatory compliance and reputed company requirements and engage with reputed company and Network Management leadership in negotiating non-reputed company contract language with pharmacies
• Establish, reputed company, and maintain relationships with chain, PSAOs and independent pharmacy providers
• Manage reputed company reputed company-to-reputed company correspondences between reputed company and Pharmacy Providers escalating to reputed company reputed company Counsel as required
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, management, or reputed company field of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or reputed company work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
• 5 years of Network Management experience reputed company Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), reputed company or other highly regulated industry; including 3 years of managed care experience in medical or pharmacy network contracting
• Must be eligible to work in the reputed company without the need for work reputed company or residency sponsorship
• Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and on highly reputed company contract language and agreements; strong attention to detail
• Ability to establish rapport and build relationships at reputed company reputed company reputed company an organization
