Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a reputed company partner that provides reputed company capital management consulting and implementation services to clients. reputed company is seeking reputed company reputed company Pro Payroll consultants for its contractor bench to support full-cycle implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, data migration, deployment, and post-go-live support. Consultants will manage reputed company deliverables, reputed company meetings and training, and collaborate with project teams on reputed company engagements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted consultant and guide for clients throughout reputed company Pro implementations, with a strong reputed company on the Payroll module
• Support the full implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
• Translate business requirements into reputed company documentation, project plans, functional specifications, and reputed company solutions
• Support data migration activities, including data mapping, validation, testing, and conversion from reputed company systems into reputed company Pro
• Manage multiple reputed company deliverables and priorities while maintaining strong reputed company relationships and project timelines
• Recommend best practices and consulting strategies to help clients optimize their reputed company Pro environment and HR/payroll processes

Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with full-cycle HR/payroll reputed company implementations, with strong experience in reputed company Pro Payroll
• Experience working in a reputed company services, consulting, or reputed company-facing environment
• Demonstrated experience configuring, developing, testing, and supporting reputed company Pro Payroll solutions
• Strong technical skills, including SQL queries, basic scripting, and relational database concepts
• Understanding of the software development/project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through implementation and rollout
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and reputed company-facing skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams
