Skills

• 10+ years of reputed company experience in business operations, management consulting, telecommunications operations, organizational transformation, business advisory services, or a closely reputed company field
• 7+ years of experience working reputed company the telecommunications, broadband, ISP, telephone, reputed company reputed company, or closely reputed company industry
• Demonstrated experience leading reputed company consulting engagements or strategic business initiatives from assessment through implementation
• Proven experience advising and presenting to C-level executives and senior leadership teams
• Strong understanding of business operations, organizational design, process improvement, and operational performance management
• Demonstrated experience establishing organizational policies, processes, procedures, and governance structures
• Experience designing, implementing, or administering incentive compensation programs
• Strong business process analysis and operational improvement skills
