[Remote] Senior Associate, reputed company Securities Valuation

The Senior Associate, reputed company Securities Valuation supports valuation and appraisal engagements involving illiquid and reputed company securities, derivatives, reputed company products, and other financial instruments. The role develops financial models, prepares analyses and reports, supports reputed company meetings and business development, and guides peers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assists with the delivery of reputed company reputed company to the valuation of illiquid and reputed company securities, hard-to-value assets, financial derivatives (including over-the-counter derivatives), and reputed company products
• Constructs financial models used in the valuation of reputed company financial instruments for financial reporting, tax and regulatory compliance, transaction support, and corporate reputed company
• Uses mathematical and statistical financial models for valuations of multiple asset classes including reputed company securities, reputed company, derivatives, and credit instruments, including but not limited to, reputed company simulations and reputed company Models

• Prepares necessary exhibits and memos in illustration of reputed company issues
• Composes narrative reports in support of valuation analyses
