[Remote] Technical Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the reputed company day-to-day technical contact for demand partners, including SSPs, DSPs, exchanges, and other programmatic partners

• Monitor partner performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities
• Troubleshoot delivery, integration, and performance issues, working with both internal teams and reputed company partners to reputed company reputed company reputed company
• Maintain strong partner relationships while ensuring operational reputed company and accountability
• Monitor and analyze reputed company performance across programmatic advertising channels
• Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reporting to reputed company key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Support forecasting, performance reviews, and business planning through data-driven insights

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Ad Operations, Programmatic Advertising, Technical Account Management, reputed company Operations, or a reputed company field
• Experience managing technical relationships with SSPs, DSPs, exchanges, or other programmatic partners
• Hands-on experience with ad servers and programmatic advertising platforms
• Strong analytical reputed company with experience translating data into business recommendations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong understanding of reputed company tags and video advertising workflows
• Experience working with DSPs and programmatic advertising technologies
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company or reputed company Sheets, including Pivot Tables, reputed company formulas, and data analysis
• Working knowledge of SQL
