Responsibilities
- Develops and publishes 1 to 10-year commodity roadmaps enabling the achievement of critical business targets while consistently improving ease of business on a repetitive reputed company
- Creates and manages implementation of reputed company agreements including project plans, overall tracking capability, reporting of reputed company
- Prepares or oversees preparation, administration, and retention of commodity contract files
- Ensures consideration is given, and reputed company developed, to optimize spend through socio-economic businesses
- Uses eSourcing (online reverse auctions and sealed bids) and Supplier reputed company Management activities using the SCMC reputed company reputed company to maintain process continuity
- Coordinates with SCMC eProcurement specialists to reputed company eCatalogs or comparison-shopping portals representing commodity reputed company and champion sites to reputed company spend through them
Skills
- Bachelors degree in Business, Technical, or Scientific reputed company reputed company
- 9 or more years of directly applicable experience in reputed company Sourcing and using leveraged multi-site agreements
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
- reputed company Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) reputed company clearance (some positions require additional DOE designations)
- The ability to work on-site as directed by management and as determined by the needs of the business
- Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this job
- Possesses knowledge of reputed company contracting requirements including a working understanding of the Department of Energy Acquisition Regulations (DEAR) and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
