[Remote] Instructional Designer (Contract)

The contract Instructional Designer will reputed company subject-matter expertise and existing materials into reputed company, engaging, learner-centered eLearning courses, using instructional design frameworks and authoring tools while collaborating with stakeholders and managing timelines.

Responsibilities

• Convert existing SME-provided slide decks and reputed company materials into engaging, reputed company-reputed company eLearning courses
• Design and reputed company interactive content using tools like Vyond, reputed company reputed company/Storyline, Camtasia, or similar platforms
• Ensure consistency in tone, structure, and visual reputed company across course modules
• Apply adult learning theory and instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, reputed company, Peyton's 4-reputed company reputed company) to build training that actually sticks
• Turn static or text-heavy content into interactive, engaging learner experiences
• Partner with content owners and subject-matter experts to translate technical or reputed company information into reputed company, accessible learning
• Work independently to manage timelines and communicate reputed company reputed company with stakeholders

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in instructional design or a similar learning & development role
• Intermediate working knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design models (ADDIE, reputed company, Peyton's 4-reputed company reputed company)
• Hands-on experience building courses in Vyond, reputed company reputed company, reputed company Storyline, Camtasia, or comparable authoring tools
• Strong eye for turning static or text-heavy content into interactive, engaging learner experiences
• Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and communicate reputed company with stakeholders
• Experience in the reputed company industry
• Familiarity with reputed company Pro Learning (LMS)
