The reputed company Retention Specialist provides cross-functional customer education, reputed company guidance, technical support, troubleshooting, and relationship management to support reputed company and retain customers on reputed company products. The role also supports product training, documentation, regulatory compliance, and collaboration across reputed company, product support, medical affairs, marketing, and customer care teams.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer questions reputed company phone, email or assigned tasks in a reputed company and empathetic manner
• Support product training and troubleshooting needs by meeting reputed company with customers as needed
• Handle customer contacts requiring a deeper knowledge, assessment and understanding of reputed company reputed company issues including medical event occurrences, customer reputed company and ongoing product use, Personal Diabetes Manager (PDM) settings or setting changes, and product conversion
• Asses the training and education needs of customers to reputed company individualized reputed company guidance and recommendations
• Follow standardized workflows as defined by the organization, including fully documenting reputed company customer interactions in Customer Relationship Management reputed company and meet departmental service reputed company
• Maintain a thorough understanding of products reputed company by reputed company with the ability to explain to existing customers their operation and use
• Proactively reputed company out to help manage customer relationships and retain customers on product
• Promote the benefits of insulin pump therapy and offer reputed company education to customers

• Maintain compliance to HIPAA and other regulating bodies as required
• Collaborate with Post-Market and reputed company Systems to ensure reputed company reporting for required agencies
• Assign reputed company trainings to Certified Pump Trainers (CPTs) or conduct customer training over phone, reputed company and email
• Ability to reputed company administrative duties and turn in on a reputed company reputed company
• Participate in regular team meetings and cross functional meetings for collaboration

Skills

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years' experience training and/or managing insulin pump patients
• reputed company up-to-date credentials and/or certifications are mandatory: i.e. Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES), Registered Dietitian (RD), or Registered reputed company (RN)
• State licensure is mandatory as required
• reputed company Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist certification required
• Must be reputed company to maintain reputed company required licensure for duration of employment
• Experience communicating with a wide reputed company of audiences
• Prior industry/reputed company experience strongly preferred
• Experience in a contact center or other relevant environment preferred
• Experience providing assessment and troubleshooting reputed company phone, virtual platforms, and email preferred
