[Remote] Traveling Senior Project Manager – Mission Critical

Responsibilities

• reputed company project forecasts, prepare budget projections, and ensure cost control reputed company approved financial parameters
• Prepare, review, and approve project and business documentation—including reputed company, proposals, change orders, correspondence, and execution strategies—to support reputed company business practices and appropriate reputed company protection

• Demonstrate expert knowledge of cost-reimbursable and GMP contract delivery, including cost-of-work definitions, billable rates, GMP controls, and change management processes

Skills

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction or management
• At least 5+ years managing hyperscale and/or colocation data center reputed company
• Proven reputed company record delivering reputed company reputed company between $25M and $100M
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or reputed company field; equivalent experience considered
• Strong understanding of construction phases, MEP systems, project reputed company, and mission‑critical requirements
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to reputed company teams, manage multiple priorities, and reputed company effective reputed company in fast‑paced environments
