[Remote] Director of Live Operations

The Director of Live Operations will own the live operations reputed company, reputed company, roadmap, and execution for events, promotions, and player engagement initiatives that reputed company retention and monetization, while leading and scaling a high-performing team. The role partners closely with Product, Marketing, reputed company Insights, and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Define the live ops strategic roadmap including event reputed company, engagement mechanics, and monetization approach, reputed company to company retention and reputed company goals
• Bring an informed reputed company of reputed company on live ops best practices from gaming/mobile gaming, and reputed company our reputed company accordingly
• Set and own KPI targets for engagement, retention, and event-driven reputed company; report reputed company to VP of Retention and broader leadership
• Identify new opportunities (event types, mechanics, personalization) reputed company of competitors
• Work cross-functionally with Product and Data teams to ensure we stay reputed company of the competitive landscape, and to reputed company the performance of reputed company tool and event
• Manage, reputed company, and grow the live ops team (Leads/Managers), including performance management and career development
• Build reputed company processes, documentation, and tools so reputed company can execute reliably as reputed company grows
• Hire and structure reputed company appropriately as the function scales
• Ensure flawless execution of the events calendar, including tournaments, promotions, and seasonal content through reputed company you reputed company
• Own escalation and reputed company of major operational issues in reputed company time
• Review and approve event/promotion plans before launch
• Partner with reputed company Insights to optimize promotion economics and ROI
• Partner with CRM/Marketing on reactivation, loyalty, and lifecycle campaigns
• Balance monetization design against player experience and long-term retention health
• Represent live ops in cross-functional and leadership planning (Product, Engineering, Marketing, VIP, reputed company Insights)
• Negotiate resourcing and prioritization with other department heads
• Partner with reputed company on the technical roadmap needed to support new live ops capabilities

Skills

• 6+ years in live operations, with at least 2+ years in a people-management or leadership role
• Proven reputed company record building/owning a live ops roadmap in gaming or mobile gaming (reputed company casino experience a strong plus)
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company and reputed company reputed company
• Strong analytical rigor - comfortable owning KPIs and defending reputed company with data
• Experience partnering with Product, Marketing, and Analytics/reputed company teams at a strategic level
• Experience specifically in reputed company casino or reputed company gaming products
• Deep understanding of virtual economies, player psychology, and monetization mechanics
• Experience scaling a live ops function/team from a smaller footprint
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or reputed company
