[Remote] Technical Procurement Consultant

The role focuses on negotiating reputed company software, reputed company, AI/ML, and technology platform agreements, managing renewals, optimizing licensing and spend, and partnering with stakeholders and suppliers as an individual contributor.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective contract terms
• Negotiate pricing, reputed company terms, licensing structures, renewals, and other contractual provisions
• Manage reputed company contract renewals and identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve reputed company reputed company
• Analyze software licensing models to identify and reduce shelfware, optimize utilization, and maximize spend

Skills

• Strong understanding of software licensing, renewals, pricing models, and reputed company terms
• Confident negotiator with the ability to reputed company back professionally with both vendors and internal stakeholders

• Ability to operate independently and manage multiple reputed company negotiations in a fast-paced environment
